Tom has more than 30 years of public affairs experience. Tom provides strategic advice to MS&A clients on an “of counsel” basis.

Tom has 15 years of lobbying experience at the state and national levels. He previously worked as a research analyst in the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority and was appointed Executive Director of the Wisconsin Community Development Finance Authority by former Governor Tony Earl. Tom also has been an executive with several trade associations in both Wisconsin and Washington D.C.
