Annie is a lobbyist and public relations advisor for a wide variety of clients, particularly trade associations, corporations, non-profit groups and coalitions that combine organizations with similar interests. She joined MS&A in 2001, bringing a background in public relations and strategic communications.
Annie quickly developed substantial relationships with lawmakers and key staff on both sides of the political aisle. Both of her most recent statehouse victories involve bipartisan success to enact legislation that put Wisconsin at the forefront of a national movement to improve safety from carbon monoxide and fire.
Her specific areas of expertise include: state building codes and building safety regulations, transportation safety, construction process and bidding, and electronic monitoring. Additionally, Annie has extensive experience with the state budget process and agency rule-making, specifically within the Department of Commerce.
Annie remains active in the community by serving on the board of Wisconsin Women in Government (WWIG), and volunteering with numerous other organizations, such as Hammer for a Heart and Luke House meal service.
Annie graduated from Northern Michigan University with a degree in communications and public relations.
